What delivery service do you use?
All our orders are sent out by Royal Mail large letter.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for all orders over £20, or £1.50 if you spend less than £20.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Royal Mail are running a reduced service. Because of this, you can expect your order to arrive within four to five working days. We would recommend waiting around 10 days for your order. If you have any queries please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only deliver in the UK.
How is my order packaged?
Your jewellery is packaged in a gift box which protects it during transit. All orders are sent out in a Jiffy bag.
Is the packaging recyclable?
We are looking into compostable Jiffy bags and we are hoping to introduce these this year.
Other than the foam insert inside the gift box, which is there to hold your jewellery in place, all our other packaging is made from paper and card.
What can I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?
If this happens, you are entitled to either a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please contact us at email@example.com with the details. We will send you a prepaid envelope to send us back the damaged items and process either a refund or replacement, based on your request. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.
Please note that if you break the jewellery upon wearing it, we cannot give you a refund or replacement.
Can I get a refund if I break my jewellery while using it?
Unfortunately we cannot offer your a refund or replacement if you break it yourself. You can refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.
Can I get a refund on my jewellery if I don't like it?
You are entitled to a full refund during the 14 day refund period. For hygiene reasons, we do not give refunds on earrings. You can see our Returns and Refund Policy for full detail.
