I have a question about my order, how do I contact you?

Please don't hesitate to send us an email with any questions at info@rockpaperroses.com. We aim to respond to you within the same working day, or on Monday if you email us over the weekend.

Can I get a refund on my jewellery if I don't like it?

All items are non-returnable and non- refundable after 14 days. Due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund earrings.

You are entitled to a refund for the cost of the item during the 14 day refund period. Postage will not be refunded.

What delivery service do you use?

All our orders are sent out by Royal Mail large letter.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free for all UK orders of £30 or over, or £2.99 if you spend less than £30. Includes Channel Islands

We no longer ship anywhere outside of the UK or Channel Islands. Due to GPSR regulations we no longer ship to Northern Ireland or the EU.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive within 10 working days. Royal Mail recommends waiting around 10 days for your order before raising a query. If you have any queries please contact us at info@rockpaperroses.com 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We no longer ship anywhere outside of the UK or Channel Islands.

Due to GPSR regulations we no longer ship to Northern Ireland or the EU.

How is my order packaged?

Your jewellery is packaged in a gift box which protects it during transit. All orders are sent out in a Jiffy bag or cardboard packaging.

 

Is the packaging recyclable?

Our cardboard packaging is fully recyclable. In some cases like for larger orders we use Jiffy bags which currently are not recyclable. 

What can I do if my jewellery arrives damaged? 

If this happens, you are entitled to either a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please contact us at info@rockpaperroses.com with the details. We will send you a prepaid envelope to send us back the damaged items and process either a refund or replacement, based on your request. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

Please note that if you break the jewellery upon wearing it, we cannot give you a refund or replacement.

 

Can I get a refund if I break my jewellery while using it?

Unfortunately we cannot offer your a refund or replacement if you break it yourself. You can refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.
