I have not received my order, what can I do?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive if you live in the UK, 18 working days anywhere outside the UK. If it is already after this period, we recommend you first contact your local sorting office to check whether they are holding it for you. 

If they do not have your order please email us at info@rockpaperroses.com and we will be happy to investigate for you. We aim to get back to you the same working day, or by Monday if you contact us on a weekend.
